I have had some problems with openGL apps and the ICD also.
The readme says something about no z-buffering. Try turning
off GL_DEPTH_CHECK. it might look bad, but it might work, too.
I meant to try this last night on my home system, but I never got around
to it. Let me know if it works.
I, unfortunately, haven't been able to make the ICD work with anything yet.
